CogniTrack is a therapeutic support tool that allows you to maintain fluid communication with your therapist between sessions. Record voice notes whenever you need to, indicate how you feel, and give your therapist the information they need to better support you.

This application is designed for patients whose therapist uses CogniTrack in their practice. If you don't yet have an access code, ask your therapist for one.
