2026-08-17	vi*****	Very difficult to get a ride. If you're going somewhere else that's not in the "hot" areas, or you start from somewhere that's not in a "hot" area, it's almost impossible to get a ride and you end up just using other apps.

2026-08-17	Ra*****	This apps interface is bad as compared to other car booking apps. The speed and chance to book a taxi is the lowest in peak hour. This is my last choice for booking a ride.

2026-08-14	K *****	Really inconvenient to have to update while trying to book a cab! Also, I want a cab, not adverts UPDATE: This app is even worse! Now even more adverts pop up while you are trying to use it. I use this app to book taxis, ifI want to book a Disney cruise I will Google it!

2026-08-13	YK*****	This is a new review. Get rid of the disruptive and annoying full screen ads. Users will hate to have to close such ads with one hand while carrying heavy groceries with the other and trying to book a cab. User experience is terrible because of invasive full screen ads.

I tried booking a car 5 times, 4 times it couldn't find a driver, and the 1 time it did, the driver cancelled. the kicker is that they charge you before you even get a driver. On top of that there is no mention that you will be refunded. Thankfully the charges were reversed.
