Pickup/drop-off points are often inaccurate or far from the rider’s location, making it hard to select the correct origin/destination.
Frequent cancellation/no-show charges and penalties, sometimes applied even when the driver cancels or arrives late.
App instability and performance issues, including slow load times, glitches, and crashes that disrupt bookings.
Payment processing failures, such as NETS errors, PayNow issues, and OTP delays, causing failed bookings.
Driver availability and reliability problems, including drivers not accepting rides, arriving miles away, or not showing up.

Recent reviews

Very difficult to get a ride. If you're going somewhere else that's not in the "hot" areas, or you start from somewhere that's not in a "hot" area, it's almost impossible to get a ride and you end up just using other apps.

This apps interface is bad as compared to other car booking apps. The speed and chance to book a taxi is the lowest in peak hour. This is my last choice for booking a ride.
