2026-05-23	Ni*****	I recently got a new phone and tried to restore my purchase from my previous phone but it didn't work. I emailed technical support and was impressed with how fast they responded. HOWEVER, once I provided proof of purchase, the support team stopped responding to my emails. I waited 6 days before I sent a follow-up and no response. it has now been 11 days since my follow-up email and I still have not heard back. Awful customer service!
