User Reviews

Overall, users praise Pixelup for realistic results and long-term value, especially with Pro. However, recurring issues center on lifetime subscription problems (cancellation, deactivation, cross-device access), frequent stability problems (freezes/crashes/exits), a restrictive pricing model with ads, and weak support responses. History management quirks also appear. When it works, the app delivers strong results and value; otherwise, licensing, reliability, and support challenges dominate the feedback.

Pros

Realistic, natural-looking facial enhancements that stand out from competitors.
Pro version works well and offers good value.
Long-term usability with positive usage over years.
Broad overall positive sentiment and satisfaction across multiple reviews.
Generally stable performance when it functions, with few crashes reported.

Cons

Lifetime subscription cancellations/activation/restoration issues across devices, with slow or no support response.
App instability: freezes, lags, crashes, and unexpected exits.
Pricing and feature access: lack of free features, heavy subscription requirements, and ads.
Support responsiveness problems and difficulty getting license restoration.
History management limitations: cannot clear or delete edit history.

Recent reviews

I really enjoyed this app and paid a few years ago for the lifetime membership. I got a new phone and went to "restore" my purchase and it kept saying "failed". I contacted support several times providing screenshots including my receipt of purchase and what the app kept showing but was just tossed into an automated email response without any luck. Definitely disappointed.

app abbandonata da anni, avevo comprato la versione a vita, non viene ripristinata, ho scritto a chi la ha creata, ha risposto la prima volta e poi è sparito e se ne è fregato del problema. state alla larga! soldi buttati!
