The last step, which is a video call with the agent of the bank, is not working. I tried setting appointment as well but no avail.

The app is a total dissapointment, whenever i enter the app, CPR update pops up and when i try to update the CPR and click process it does nothing and when i call customer service, they also are not able to help, whats the point of Banking with KFH if they can't resolve these simple issues. Update: After update it has been great, overall the app is wonderful now.
