| 2024-04-07 | The app is a total dissapointment, whenever i enter the app, CPR update pops up and when i try to update the CPR and click process it does nothing and when i call customer service, they also are not able to help, whats the point of Banking with KFH if they can't resolve these simple issues. Update: After update it has been great, overall the app is wonderful now. | ||

| 2023-08-06 | They discontinued the "Cards App" and replaced with Jazeel that doesn't even cover half the functionality of the Card App. Also, it can't even generate card statements in .csv or .xlsx format, only useless .pdf. Worst mobile banking experience. | ||

| 2023-05-28 | Alright, So after multiple tries, I concluded the following: The OS of the newer Android 13 will not allow you to continue beyond the registering page. Using the same method on an iPhone, the registration process enables you to input your info and [next] to the ID front & Back page [Where you will encounter a string and Type C error] even under any light conditions natural meaning Sun light [Day] or Artificial Light [Lights]. It is very unfortunate, but sadly true, Says alot about the bank. | ||

I have used it it has many glitch and need alot of information to enter and for any problems u call the call center ..and it won't get solve they will call the app ppl to give me a call, so I have to be stuck to my phone until I get the call 🙃 Why not have it at the customer desk .. why through every thing on the customer! SERIOUSLY I am considering changing the bank to a bank with user friendly online app/web | ||

| 2022-10-04 | The only way to submit my information to open an account in this app is to have an iPhone!! On my android phones I cannot complete the setup (Huawei Mate 20 pro, & Samsung A33), & even after completing the steps to open an account on an iPhone and then using it on my android phone, the app always keeps asking me to update my information, & the only way to do it is on an iPhone 😑 (as I have been told by the KFH costumer service employees after many many tries), please fix. | ||

| 2022-08-19 | Your app after the update became very lousy! It asks to update personal info, when I reach the signature part the system crashes and it saya session timeout. Do you do proper full testing on the app before launching it? I seriously doubt. Please fix! I AM SURPRISED that after two weeks you still did even look at this rating. I will close my account with kfh. Lousy irritating app | ||
