Sauna Log is a session tracker and cycle timer for anyone who saunas — Finnish, infrared, or steam room — and wants an honest record of every visit, not a vague habit checkbox.

Sauna Log Pro unlocks Deep Analysis on the Coach screen — a multi-week program assembled from your own logged sessions — and removes ads throughout the app. Everything you use to log and time a session stays exactly the same either way; Pro adds on top, it doesn't take anything away from the free experience.
