Nova is the official app for the CocoBongo check-in and cashier team. Designed for fast-paced operation amidst the chaos of a live event: QR code check-in, real-time reservation listings, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation—all in one place, from your tablet or phone.

── QR CODE CHECK-IN ── Scan the customer's confirmation QR code in seconds. The app identifies the reservation, displays the complete details, and registers entry with a single tap. If something goes wrong, the cashier receives a clear message with the exact problem and what to do next:

• Reservation already registered → consult the supervisor

• Reservation for a past date → verify the customer's confirmation

• Reservation for a different location → redirect the customer to the correct venue

• Cancelled or invalid reservation → escalate to the supervisor

• Code not found → request the original confirmation

No generic messages. No guesswork.

— RESERVATION LIST —
The list appears instantly as soon as the cashier opens the app — no loading spinner at the start of the shift. Reservations are automatically updated every 2 minutes in the background and can be manually refreshed by swiping down (pull-to-refresh). Search by name, filter by channel, status, and date, accessible on both tablets and mobile phones.

— CASH REGISTRATION —
Scan the cashier's QR code or search for them by name to start the cash register closing process. The app displays a complete shift summary: confirmed reservations, total commissions, breakdown by payment method, and items per booking. Multi-currency support (MXN and USD) with separate totals for each currency. Upon confirming the closing process, the app automatically prints the settlement receipt.

— BLUETOOTH PRINTING — Connect a thermal printer via Bluetooth to print reservation tickets and cash register receipts. Compatible with standard ESC/POS printers.

— TABLET & MOBILE PHONE — Interface adapted to both form factors. On tablets in landscape mode, the side panel is always visible. On mobile phones, a compact vertical layout optimized for portrait and landscape modes. The same full functionality on any device.

— OFFLINE MODE — If the venue momentarily loses signal, check-ins are queued and automatically synchronized when the connection is restored. The reservation list remains available from the local cache.
