The application allows users to create and manage several types of alerts:
Community Alerts: reports submitted by local communities and field actors.

Verified Alerts: alerts that have been verified and confirmed after analysis.

Each alert can be enriched with essential information such as location, photos, detailed descriptions, and field observations.

Cocoa-Monitor is designed to work in environments with limited connectivity:
Offline Mode: Create and save alerts without an internet connection.
Automatic synchronization as soon as the connection is restored.
