The app keeps resetting my processor settings. I wanted no processor beeping sounds, no light flashing, and to lock my settings. But every time I turn off and on my cochlear implant, the app reset the settings anyway. It's frustrating. after many years of using this app, there has not been a single update to fix the issues I have already mentioned. I reached out to the team and no responses. disappointed. One year later and I'm still disappointed! no fix or changes!
