2026-08-15	J *****	Wish this app support other phones like new phones as motorola, Nokia,nothing phone,TCL,HMD,oppo,pixel. I have Motorola and the new updates didn't show my left 22 electrodes processor but 24 electrodes right processor detected ok. Most people can't afford expensive phones like Samsung and iPhone but opt for Motorola, oppo, TCL, Nokia for low price. Also when on Bluetooth for gps navigator in car it send beep on and off and on to my processors are annoying.

2026-07-13	Is*****	The app keeps resetting my processor settings. I wanted no processor beeping sounds, no light flashing, and to lock my settings. But every time I turn off and on my cochlear implant, the app reset the settings anyway. It's frustrating. after many years of using this app, there has not been a single update to fix the issues I have already mentioned. I reached out to the team and no responses. disappointed. One year later and I'm still disappointed! no fix or changes!

I love the idea of being able to connect my processors to my phone to stream music to my ears, but I really dislike the fact that if you stop any audio streaming, after a couple seconds it will beep to notify me that it has stopped streaming, as well as cut out all audio from the outside world. It is really impractical, even in the workplace since I need to stop the music to hear my collegues and miss what they say.
