2026-07-13	Is*****	The app keeps resetting my processor settings. I wanted no processor beeping sounds, no light flashing, and to lock my settings. But every time I turn off and on my cochlear implant, the app reset the settings anyway. It's frustrating. after many years of using this app, there has not been a single update to fix the issues I have already mentioned. I reached out to the team and no responses. disappointed. One year later and I'm still disappointed! no fix or changes!

I love the idea of being able to connect my processors to my phone to stream music to my ears, but I really dislike the fact that if you stop any audio streaming, after a couple seconds it will beep to notify me that it has stopped streaming, as well as cut out all audio from the outside world. It is really impractical, even in the workplace since I need to stop the music to hear my collegues and miss what they say.

I try restarting my phone, turning the cochlear implant on and off and it's a hit or miss when it will connect. On top of that I feel the battery percentage for the C.I is inaccurate. I can't tell when it's going to die. it would be nice if it could warn me when it was close to 5% so I could know to change it for work.
