2020-12-19	De*****	We have been very successful with the weight loss program. I have lost 35+ lbs since starting in Jan 2019. The single biggest frustration is the APP does not launch properly. A drop down menu asks for feedback (sent multiple times) or close app. I have sent email to support care with no follow up. You cannot have a program that does not allow you to track your inputs, calories, etc. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? Yes, we have reinstalled multiple times.
