Patients can also request video calls with their care coordinator and securely message their healthcare team. Real-time updates and notifications help patients stay engaged and informed.

External Device Requirement: Recording certain vitals (blood pressure, oxygen level, blood glucose, body weight, temperature) requires compatible external hardware devices such as a blood pressure monitor, oximeter, glucometer, thermometer, or body scale. These devices are sold separately and are not included with the app.
