User Reviews

Reviewers report that the Clynk app repeatedly fails at login. Users say it rejects valid usernames, passwords, and PINs, loops back to the sign-in page, or crashes. Account creation also breaks at the terms and conditions step. Many users say the website works while the app does not, and they use it for drop-offs instead. Some are frustrated that their grocery stores removed bottle return machines in favor of Clynk, and a few object to fees and bank account requirements. Several reviewers say the app needs urgent fixes.

Pros

The Clynk website works for login and drop-offs when the app does not
Provides an easy way to check on drop-offs

Cons

Users cannot log in to the app, even with correct credentials created on the website
App gets stuck in login loops, refreshes, or flashes the sign-in page
Terms and conditions acceptance fails, which blocks account creation
App crashes frequently, and reinstalling or restarting does not fix it
Stores replaced bottle return machines with Clynk, and users say it charges fees and requests bank info
