Las reseñas de Banregio para Android muestran fallas repetidas: la app a menudo no abre y se queda en la pantalla naranja, o se cierra durante el uso; muchos usuarios no pueden pasar de la pantalla de inicio o iniciar sesión. También hay cargos por SPEI (5 MXN + IVA) y problemas con el registro biométrico. Otras quejas incluyen lentitud y aparentes fallos de mantenimiento, además de un soporte al cliente poco resolutivo. Solo se mencionan de forma aislada algunos aspectos positivos cuando la app funciona.

La aplicación hace unos años tenía un diseño muy bueno y una estabilidad muy buena, hoy trato de ingresar y me marca error de conectividad todos los días y cuando ingreso la aplicación en automático me cierra la sesión. muy decepcionado de estos cambios que le han hecho a la app, de ser una app estable a algo que apenas es usable , es literalmente una roca.

fails too much to be reliable, every day its a mystery if youll be able to access your money or not, says error and refuses to work even if you uninstall and reinstall, furthermore the app often fails or freezes dont listen to the guy that tells you to call custumer support all they do there is tell you to uninstall and reinstall and then they tell you you have to wait
