RAHAT e-Health is a mobile app developed under the RurAl Health cAre Transformation (RAHAT) - Smart Village Initiative. It is designed to provide access to credible health information, record health status and help users access their health information at any time. The app works like a personal health diary and guide.

You can create and link your Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) ID to store and manage all your medical records in one place.

The app helps you monitor conditions like diabetes, and high blood pressure.

Get easy-to-understand information about healthy living, diet, hygiene and prevention of common diseases.
• Easy for Everyone to Use:
The app is designed with simple icons making it useful even for people who are not familiar with smartphones.
It is available in multiple languages

Your health information is secure and only shared with doctors or health workers when you give permission.

About the Initiative:
RAHAT e-Health is part of an initiative led by the Centre for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC). It is supported by the Indian Council of Medical Research, Department of Health Research, Govt. Of India. Through this initiative we aim to improve access to quality healthcare in rural areas through digital tools, and community engagement.
