With the ABHA "Scan & Share" feature, patients can book hospital appointments quickly without manual paperwork. The app also supports tracking of key body vitals like Blood Pressure (BP) and Blood Sugar levels, helping users monitor their health efficiently. After hospitalization, UnifyCare provides seamless access to essential post-care features, including discharge summaries, follow-up appointments, and medication tracking.
