Your request will be automatically routed to the first available representative of the sponsor company with the skill set to meet the need corresponding to your chosen request category. Once connected for 2-way audio and video the sponsor company representative can share content in the session to enhance the value of the interaction.

The Live Expert system offers a highly flexible approach to delivering video-enabled customer service interactions. By leveraging automatic call routing, smart queue management capabilities, live video session transfers between sponsor company agents, and multi-party sessions, Live Expert is much more than traditional video conferencing.
