The lack of proper streaming and casting features and missing workout history features frustrate users. Customer support is slow, and subscription pricing is considered high compared to competitors. Despite these cons, users appreciate the quality of workouts and trainers.

Great classes, unfortunately they've stopped loading on my phone. I've worked with very responsive folks at City Row to no avail. I have a pixel 7 and my connection allows me to stream Netflix, etc. Not sure what the incompatibly is.

The classes are great, but the app has issues, when rowing to a time I am always 3 seconds behind the instructor, even if I start just before, this is really irritating if the stroke rate changes at timed intervals. The classes ask you to refer to previous efforts but they are not accessible or displayed on the screen or in the stats when you complete. App doesn’t work well on a Fire HD. The sub process is poor if you live outside the US . Finally, I would LOVE workouts to be posted to Strava.
