Esta de baja, ya no funciona

El app no me deja registrarme, después que pongo todos los datos y presiono en Nosoy un robot, me regresa a ingresar el dni y pero no deja escribir, y ya lo intenté desde otro celular y pasa exactamente lo mismo.
