Carnet Digital HUP

The HUP Digital Card application allows eligible patients of the University Hospital of Puebla to quickly and easily access information about their medical appointments.

With this app, you can:

View your scheduled appointments, including date, time, doctor, and specialty.

Receive automatic notifications to remind you of your appointments.

Request appointment cancellations and track their status.

Check your attendance history, cancellations, and no-shows.

Modify your login information securely.

Access contact methods to schedule or reschedule appointments (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and phone).

The application is designed for eligible patients with a BUAP ID and a valid medical record. All information is handled securely in accordance with the HUP's privacy policies and terms of use.
