2022-11-16	Re*****	This app is useless. The doctors on this app isn't helpful at all. They will have you go through the whole spill, just to tell you that you have to make an appointment with urgent care or your primary care provider which defeats the whole purpose of the app. They're quick to tell you about over the counter medications as if those medications weren't already exalted.

2022-06-08	Ep*****	Worthless they will chat with you then will tell you to make an appointment or go to a minute clinic. I mean the point of the app was avoiding going to a doctor office. Oh and bc I didn't get meds in time my ear drum popped. Total waste of time!

2021-10-11	CH*****	This App does not work. You can put in your info, but that's it. It will not let you go anywhere else. It is frozen on your info page. The only option that works is LOG OUT. TH Aetna IT should Fix it or take it off your list of service. It was a waste of my time.
