Clicking on notifications doesn't take you to the call/message. So if I get a message, I have to open the app manually, and find the message myself. Text messages aren't even in a single place - you can't see texts in a conversation view. Hasn't improved for years. I'm guessing the devs don't even use this app to know that it needs redesigning top to bottom!

2024-09-20	Da*****	I have had to cancel my subscription after constant problems trying to communicate with my customers. It has an inconsistent user experience and features that either don't work, contain bugs, or break during updates.

2024-09-12	Vi*****	Even worse since update, If we get a call we can't always answer them, more often than not we only know of the call by the missed call email notification, and then when we open the app it isn't there. Can't return the call directly anymore, In the middle of talking to someone and it cuts out and when we go to the app and open it the call is still live with the person wondering what's going on on the other end. After each call need to reinstall the app.... Not good at all!!

2024-02-07	Da*****	Im sorry to say but for me, I have been wasting my money and I'm just not being notified there's a call. My settings were correct. Somehow I am now logged out. I need to cancel my Payments. Im disappointed because my phone number is on all of my leaflets 😔

This was their response - "We aim to make CircleLoop available to as many people as possible. We offer mobile apps to supplement the service, however, for the very best experience we recommend downloading and installing our desktop apps. Instead of relying on the mobile app, you could forward calls to your mobile SIM."

2023-04-01	Ki*****	Answering incoming calls on the app is no problem, but my call log is often delayed and incomplete. Recently though it isn't showing any calls for the past three days! Means I have to go on my computer to listen to voicemail and get the number to call back customers.
