2024-08-23	Es*****	JUNK APP - DELETE IT. It never works when you need it to. Can't reach Home-Connect through the app, don't get any push notifications, and nothing else works. "Session Expired, please log in again"... but no option to "log in again". This app means absolutely nothing. I cannot wait for my 1-year contract to end with Home-Connect to cancel. Since they have been taken over by Afrihost, the service went down the drain.

2024-05-26	DI*****	From being one of the best provider, fast becoming one of the least customer friendly. From going to a simple whatsapp chat to reporting, we now have an app for every scenario. Been lied to the entire day that there's an outage in my area but my neighbour's on the same network are fine. Very dissapointed. Gonna consider moving to another provider.

2024-03-27	Ph*****	Can't use the app. After typing my login credentials and hitting the enter button, a pop-up message comes up to say that the a new version of is available and I need to update my version to continue using the app. However, clicking the update button takes me to the play store where I can only do 1 of 2 things 1. Uninstaller App or 2. Open the App. No option to update the App. Tried uninstalling the App and reinstalling it but the cycle just continues...so for me the app is not usable. 0 stars!!!

2022-07-30	Av*****	The app keeps signing you out, navigation doesn't work properly, you get no notifications from the app when tickets get a comment, you cannot respond to tickets, customer support is pathetic, agent mentioned turn around time is 24 - 72hrs! Then your ticket gets transferred to another department and they ignore it. For an ISP, that is terrible rather go with another ISP.... 🙈

Downloaded it 15min ago and it does not recognize me as and existing account holder and asks me to register, once all the fields are filled the app says its not. Releasing an app thats not finished doesn't sound like good marketing or customer service. Your finance team must regret spending money on something so useless. Please fix app or drop it entirely. 15min of my life I can't get back.

2022-05-03	Pe*****	App needs a serious upgrade and customer care is needed AFTER HOURS when the issues always seem to start. Always happens after 8 at night. I dont get any notifications when i log a ticket nor do i get notified when the line is down or there is a issue! Pity i cant upload images! The notifications on the app that does show systems down does not even give a date?

2022-04-20	Am*****	Whomever created your app needs to go back and practice some more. I cannot read a single thing because of the overlapping colour choices that makes it impossible to read anything. You cannot have dark background and then purple font. Lol. My speed is supposed to be 20 upload and 10 Download. It's 1.76 upload and 0.60 download

2022-02-08	Ka*****	Home connect (Celerity Network) throttle their speeds. I got a 100/100 line but only get 60/70 ON A GOOD DAY. It's 30/30 usually. Operators take forever to respond to queries and I've constantly asked for help. 1 star, would not recommend.

2022-02-07	An*****	Most pathetic service provider I've ever came across,you pay for a service which you don't receive,my network is down since Saturday,and still they haven't resolved the issue,I've called and spoken to so many people,asked to speak to a manager and still never got to,imagine having no internet for over 36hours,yeah it happens when you chose the wrong service provider,vumatel has incompetent workers,and that's why they chose home connect to be front line,they mixed my line with someone else's!!!!!
