I tried logging a fault but cold not even access the app, it say that the app need to be updated but once I try to update it just dropp off the screen. Fiber connection on this network is very unreliable lately.

JUNK APP - DELETE IT. It never works when you need it to. Can't reach Home-Connect through the app, don't get any push notifications, and nothing else works. "Session Expired, please log in again"... but no option to "log in again". This app means absolutely nothing. I cannot wait for my 1-year contract to end with Home-Connect to cancel. Since they have been taken over by Afrihost, the service went down the drain.
