2024-12-31	Sa*****	Awful! Just awful! I have bought a few movies from the app and when it works it's great. Often when I open the app and go to my library, it will only show trailers and no option to watch the movie. I have to log out and log back in and it will work. When I try to use my Roku, I can get 1 movie out of it before I get the reminder that too many devices are logged into my account and I can't watch anymore movies until I log into my Cineplex account and delete some of the devices. It's a pain!!

2024-12-29	Pa*****	Movies in my library are not playing. It's really annoying because I can't play any of my movies in any device except on a web browser of my computer. Not even on the web browser of a mobile device... It asks me to download the app and then the app doesn't let me play them. I informed customer service but still not working.

2024-12-07	Ru*****	The app just doesn't work. Out of 11 movies I bought on this app only two of them are playable on the phone, rest are all marked as if I need to pay again to watch. The whole app is a scam. The version on Android TV also doesn't work as well. The only place this store will work is when you use your PC browser.

2024-11-02	Da*****	Cannot rent a movie, cannot add a scene card (pretty sure I had one linked). Cleared Cache, cleared data, force stopped, uninstalled. Downloaded again, reinstalled, was already signed in when I launched it. Same issues. Terrible. It didn't used to be this way. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. No reason it shouldn't be flawless.

2024-10-05	Ju*****	This app has taken my money for several purchases, PURCHASES, not rentals of movies and series and even tough it says downloaded on my phone it sporadically will have just the trailer available. This is fraudulent advertising to say purchase. Cineplex can, and should be able, to do better. I would not recommend purchasing anything using this app.

2024-09-02	Gr*****	This app is just terrible. Try to play rented movies through it and it is so choppy. Try to cast from my pc to my tv and all I get in an error message (code 905). I have no issues with any of the other streaming apps including Twitch, which is notorious for bad quality. Congrats Cineplex, you manage to beat them. Looks like this has been an ongoing problem for months now. Don't have your tech team work too hard there Cineplex to fix this, they may hurt themselves.

I ended up having to rent the movie a second time from YouTube where it worked flawlessly. Cineplex - if you're going to offer a product, please make it functional. As is, it feels like you're stealing money for something that's unusable. I promise you, no Cineplex employees use this store.

2024-07-22	Ja*****	Ever had movie night ruined because you supported a Canadian company? That's the cineplex app. Save yourself the trouble and rent from google movies or Amazon prime. This app is completely unusable most times and has no download function for media so you're relying entirely on the unfunctional app. Just like to update that here we are 3 years later and nothing has changed.

2024-04-11	JE*****	This app keeps getting worse, won't play movies from your library just shows teialer, audio sync problems, crashes for no reason. It's seriously trash. Don't buy or rent movies from here. Just use Google Or apple TV. I have over 100 movies I can't stream. Every time I call technical support they are " working on a solution" with no call back.

2024-03-16	Mi*****	Had to update my review from 5 stars down to zero. I bought 2 movies last year. Both in my library and for 3 months now I haven't been able to play them. For one, it says 'expired' for playing the just the trailer. There's no option to even press 'play' they stole my money and left me just images now in my library. I contacted chat support and all I got was no one can help me at this time. The movies played when I 1st got them, now not. And they weren't rentals, UNINSTALLED and took the loss
