Awful! Just awful! I have bought a few movies from the app and when it works it's great. Often when I open the app and go to my library, it will only show trailers and no option to watch the movie. I have to log out and log back in and it will work. When I try to use my Roku, I can get 1 movie out of it before I get the reminder that too many devices are logged into my account and I can't watch anymore movies until I log into my Cineplex account and delete some of the devices. It's a pain!!

Movies in my library are not playing. It's really annoying because I can't play any of my movies in any device except on a web browser of my computer. Not even on the web browser of a mobile device... It asks me to download the app and then the app doesn't let me play them. I informed customer service but still not working.
