Overpriced, inconsistent, and always takes at least 2 hours. The menus are incomplete, and some restaurants listed don't allow them to deliver. I have placed several orders just to find out an hour later that it was canceled and I didn't get a refund. If you have any other options to get food, use the other options. I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Delivery to base is a fantastic idea, but chowcall executed it horribly. Someone, please steal their idea and do it better.

Despite the lack of places, there's also a lack of food. Tell me why the whole menu, of every place available on this ap, isn't there? Doesn't make sense for an ordering service to not have the full menu
