I could be more fine with this if there's a Psy High 3. Despite being a sequel, and even carrying your data from the first game over, it barely has an impact for the story this entry has. Previous ROs barely show up. The game does track my choices better here though, and the story is good for what it is, but the new ROs aren't really fleshed out. Wouldn't mind another game where your MC's school journey continues or something.
