The app is buggy, frequently throwing JavaScript errors that prevent streaming. The "Favorites" system is broken; items added never actually appear in the menu. Between the technical failures and an extremely limited catalog, it’s not worth the hassle. I cancelled after just one month.

I hate that I can't keep listening to one narrator, it keeps shuffling me to stuff I don't want or like. UNSUBSCRIBED. Original review - I love this app! I'm a subscriber & the monthly fee is completely worth it compared to the amount of content you get. One of my favorite features is the changeable ambience sounds! Keep up the great work!

2025-12-15	Ky*****	This app is perfect for those who like all things chilling. fiction has amazing authors and the narrator's all have great audio quality. They also appear to respond to the constrictive rating's as they had added a small quality of life change that held it back from five stars bit have earned it well in my opinion.

2025-12-09	Am*****	Technical issues. The stories would quit halfway through or the auto play wouldn't work. I was paying through Google play and being charged another 6 dollars from the chilling app. I'm not sure why Google play charged me and I still had to pay separately on the actual app. Not worth the 12 bucks per month.
