everytime i try to type a movie it keeps kicking me out

First off, it could've been good. After a few days of not really finding the content I was looking for I unsubscribed and deleted the app...All good, no harm done. I then received invoices every single month even after unsubscribing. I have TRIED contacting the support (to my knowledge) ATLEAST 3 times through the help center in the app and got completely ignored every single time, not a single answer but they kept taking my money. Absolute shitshow.
