Chickpow

A hex grid holds blocks with numbers. Every number belongs to the power-of-two sequence: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and so on. Tap any block. The game locates every adjacent block sharing the same number. The entire connected group merges into a single block. The new block appears where you tapped. Its value depends entirely on how many blocks were in the group. More blocks in the merge mean a larger jump along the power scale. A group of two 2s becomes a 4. A group of three 2s becomes an 8. A group of four 2s becomes a 16. The progression follows a fixed rule: the size of the group determines how many steps forward the new value moves.
After every merge, the board compresses. Blocks shift to fill gaps. New blocks appear from the edges. The board stays active as long as at least one group of matching numbers exists somewhere on the grid. When no two identical numbers touch each other, the session stops. There is no warning. No timer. No countdown. The game simply ends when the board runs out of possible moves.
Each time a merge produces a number that has never appeared on the board in the current session, a popup appears. Inside the popup, a hen walks along a path labeled with numbers. She starts at your previous highest value and moves toward the new one. The distance she covers matches the gap between those two values. If you jump from 8 to 32, she walks a long distance. If you move from 32 to 64, she walks the same distance again. The path is always the same length. The markers are evenly spaced. She does not run. She walks at a steady pace. When she reaches the destination, the popup closes. The game continues.
The board has no timers. No move limits. No level structure. Each session is independent. The hen resets at the start of every new game. There are no scores. No leaderboards. No stats. Only the board, the blocks, and the hen walking your milestones.
