2023-03-09	Da*****	Getting straight to the point. This app does not work. I tried logging in a few times. I even contacted the support center, and they could not help at all. I didn't want the grant to expire, so I was trying every possible solution I could think of. What finally worked for me was going to the chek website and resetting my password through there. Hope this helps anyone.

Have emailed multiple times and nothing. Did a forgot password option and just get a reply email to click for password reset that takes you back to email stating to click to reset. I finally get an email saying to update app and now I have 2 icons for Chek that don't work...looks like the money will sit there unused until complaints are heard

2022-01-19	Ni*****	Correction: this is real. I was able to finally get help. My digital card worked and my kid got to play. He was so happy. No one ever responded to my emails nor do they answer their phones at Every Kid Sports. I even sent then a direct message on IG and there was no response. This seems like a scheme or a scam to me too.
