It's hard to understand why this app exists. It's not the execution that's bad, the app design is somewhat decent. It's the concept. The concept is bad. Doesn't solve a problem, just makes a simple process (ordering food) harder and more congested. Sometimes start-ups don't work out because there's no reason they should have started.

I have never been so excited to delete an app. It was a huge drag on Bite of Seattle, if Cheq is involved I'll most likely skip the festival next year. The only good it did anybody was give Cheq a reward for making everything more difficult. About the app specifically, the UI was unintuitive and required so many clicks to accomplish the smallest task. Every function was in such an odd place, I was able to work it out but it shouldn't be this hard. A solution to a problem that doesn't exist
