Check Pass Inspector

Check Pass Inspector is the field companion for equipment inspection teams. It is a workforce app: you need an account provided by your organisation to sign in. It is not usable without one.

Built for sites where connectivity is unreliable. Every inspection is captured and stored on the device first, so a technician in a basement plant room or a remote depot works exactly as they would with full signal. Data syncs on its own once a connection returns.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Complete inspection checklists assigned to your sites, with follow-up questions that appear only when they apply
• Pick the asset you are inspecting from an on-device register, available offline
• Capture photo evidence with the time, date and location recorded against each image
• Flag faults as you find them, add notes, and record work resolved on the spot
• Generate a completion certificate on the device the moment an inspection is signed off
