However, recurring problems hurt its reliability: crashes, login/auth issues with Twitch, ads on subscribed channels, and awkward navigation with missing features like server reordering and Picture-in-Picture. the day has come it seems where chatsen no longer works. as of somewhere around mid-june 2026 the message history service ceased functioning for me and multiple other people I asked in varying offline chats. it seems this project hasn't been updated in 2 years (since 2024), so I recommend people to use dankchat until chatsen gets an update.
