Super frustrated, I'm manually entering the charge port number when connected to wifi (bc I don't have phone service at the moment) and it will not start the charging process, it just says: error, cannot start charge

An app and service out of time and place... Cumbersome and slow, very expensive relative to other networks, auto-min charge, and requirement of uploading a balance... I've not encountered any charging experience as poor as this one, to be honest and I've been driving EVs before they were mainstream.
