Reloj2B turns a tablet into your business's time clock. Your team clocks in and out in seconds, and the times are automatically added to the timesheet and the CD-2B spreadsheet.

HOW YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN
1. Show the QR code on their ID to the camera, or enter their employee code.

2. Enter their 6-digit PIN.

3. Done: The tablet confirms their name, the time, and whether it was a clock-in or clock-out. Reloj2B determines whether it's a clock-in or clock-out. If someone clocks in twice consecutively, only one entry is recorded.

PHOTO RECORD
The front camera takes a small photo each time someone clocks in. Human Resources can view it if there's any doubt about who clocked in. There's no facial recognition or biometric templates. The photos are automatically deleted after 90 days (or after the period you set).

WORKS EVEN IF THE INTERNET GOES DOWN
Without a connection, the tablet continues recording: it saves the clock-ins and clock-outs sealed with your business key (not even the tablet itself can read the PINs) and sends them as soon as the connection is restored, for up to 72 hours.

DESIGNED FOR WALL MOUNTING
• Kiosk mode: the tablet remains fixed to the clock and can only be accessed with the administration PIN.

• Automatically unlocks upon power-up, for example, after a power outage.

• Server time: changing the tablet's time does not affect the clock-ins and clock-outs.

• Works standing or lying down.

• Beep and vibration to confirm each clock-in and clock-out.

CONNECTS IN ONE MINUTE
Open Clock2B: it displays a 6-character code. In cd-2b, under "Cloud Connection" › "Time Clocks," enter the code and select the branch. The tablet is now ready. You can disconnect it from your control panel at any time.

YOUR RULES
From cd-2b, you decide whether offline clocking is allowed, how many hours, whether a photo is required, how long photos are stored, and which branch each clock belongs to.

SECURE
The tablet can only record clockings: it never displays employee lists, salaries, or other people's clockings. All communication is encrypted.
