I can't create an account in this app it always says do not honour or doesn't have a card? like I just created a new pin and waited 24 hrs for my new pin to be validated but it stills says the same whenever I sign in it's frustrating plsss fix this.

Banking with CBS for almost two years now, parked my funds here. I primarily using this app for transferring my funds to various e-wallets. It's a simple banking app that works, but lacks biometrics authentication/security and eSOA generator, and kinda dated user interface. One critical flaw is QR payments/transactions: it's not as intuitive as other fintech apps, and I can't use this app to pay my groceries and bills payment using QRPH/Instapay which is bummer. I can ditch my e-wallets if fixed
