Maybe I already repeated 20x in a row but nothing is happening. Steps in application are followed correctly but STILL cannot enrolled myself. Please FIX this such a HASSLE and INCONVENIENCE!!

Uninstalled because I wasn't able to access it anymore due to internet connection issues even though my wifi is working well. Also, there are no ways to reset your userID in case you've forgotten it, aside from visiting a CBS branch. Totally useless. Why would I need a mobile banking app if I'll still end up visiting an actual bank for my concerns?
