Cavline Signage

Cavline Signage turns an Android tablet, kiosk panel into a digital signage screen that you manage from anywhere.

Install the app, open it, and the screen shows a short pairing code with a QR code. Enter the code in the Cavline admin panel, or scan the QR with your phone, and the screen joins your account. You don't sign in or type anything on the device itself.

Once it's linked, whatever you assign in the admin panel plays on the screen: images, videos and playlists, in a loop. It runs all day without anyone standing next to it.

HOW IT WORKS
• Open the app and a pairing code appears on screen
• Sign in to the Cavline admin panel from any browser. It doesn't need to be on the same network.
• Enter the code or scan the QR code to claim the screen
• Assign a playlist, and it starts playing within seconds

BUILT FOR SCREENS NOBODY IS WATCHING OVER
• Content updates arrive almost instantly. Edit a playlist and every linked screen picks up the change in about a second.
• Keeps playing when the internet drops. Outages, router restarts and captive portals don't interrupt the loop, and the app reconnects in the background.
• A network problem never unpairs a screen. Only you can remove it, from the admin panel.
• Full-screen playback. The status and navigation bars stay hidden so a passer-by can't tap out of your content.
• The screen stays on while content is playing, with no settings to change.
• Optional kiosk mode: make Cavline Signage the device's home app and the screen starts in signage every time it boots (on devices that allow a third-party launcher).
• Rotation-aware for portrait and landscape panels.

• Open a screen in the admin panel to see which item is playing right now
• Request a live snapshot of the panel on demand
• Reporting only runs while someone is watching, so the app doesn't spend your shop's bandwidth on it

ON-SITE DIAGNOSTICS
Hold the top-left corner of the screen for three seconds to open the diagnostics overlay. It shows connection state, device name, app version and recent logs, along with refresh and unpair actions. It gives installers and support a way to troubleshoot without a computer.

WHAT YOU NEED
You need a Cavline account and an internet connection to use Cavline Signage. The app has no built-in content. It plays what your account assigns to it.
