2024-10-29	Ma*****	I use this for Spec-Tran, and for something supposed to be used by people with disabilities it's very impractical. My ride is late to get me for an exam as I type this. You can only schedule appointments through the site, and if you don't schedule as an appointment they WILL be late. Customer service has also tried to gaslight me when a ride was late or didn't show up several times. Once I get a new phone, it won't even be supported. I'd add more if not for the character limit. Good luck.

2024-08-10	An*****	It was very helpful in the beginning for seeing how long it is until my ride comes but now all I get is an application error, I really hope this gets fixed soon or I won't be using it anymore. 😟

The first trip I tried to book (groceries at Meijer) wouldn't pick me up until 10 minutes after the time I had planned for the RETURN trip. My second attempt was to go to the zoo. It told me it couldn't find any trips available and to reenter the info and try again. I'm done wasting my time on the app. Less than 2 minutes on the phone....voila....trip scheduled.

2023-08-25	Aa*****	Not very flexible when it comes to scheduling a ride as it wont let you select pickup times later in the day be it for a night shift or a late in the day return trip, fix this issue otherwise I dont see a purpose in having this app as it stands, the app also only lets you set up a single ride at a time as a one way trip instead of round trips and multiple rides this app should get a zero star rating because of how complicated it is, I expect the developer to fix this problem anf quickly

I was looking forward to this app because I figured it would give her independence in scheduling her own rides because she doesn't like calling people on the phone. Well it only lets you schedule a pickup as late as 9:30 p.m. and she's usually done with her activity between 10:00 and 10:30 p.m. so that's not helpful. Also the app is supposed to give you an idea of how long before your driver shows up. In our experience it's not accurate at all.
