I use this for Spec-Tran, and for something supposed to be used by people with disabilities it's very impractical. My ride is late to get me for an exam as I type this. You can only schedule appointments through the site, and if you don't schedule as an appointment they WILL be late. Customer service has also tried to gaslight me when a ride was late or didn't show up several times. Once I get a new phone, it won't even be supported. I'd add more if not for the character limit. Good luck.
