App works if you pay crazy amounts of money for wifi but often crashes if you decide you do not want to pay. It helps show what's happening but does not help with directions. There is no way to ask for help in the app unless you physically find a staff member, and most do not know how to help. This app loves to charge you for anything it can and doesn't even let you pay the balance through it.
