terrible UI. can't even get the app to go any further than the opening page the just say's "msc". kind of strange that a company like this that is spending tons of money to improve their cruising experience can't spend some of that on their app. after all, the apps is the begining of your cruise experience. also, I don't see any response to other reviews from MSC. I guess they don't care. hopefully this is no reflection when it's time to get on the ship start our cruise.

Super simple to use. It doesn't lag either.

Love the cruises, but the app is barely functional. Needs a lot of work. Not at all reliable for communicating with others onboard. Messages don't go through for hours, and you need to close and refresh the app to receive them.
