2024-12-31	L *****	I love to see the claims to match up with the bills I get. Oftentimes, Care Source says I owe zero, but the doctors/hospital, etc, still bill me. I don't like saying I'm being rewarded for preventative things I do and not being able to redeem after hitting redeem. The care managers are AWESOME to have on our side. If you have a problem of any kind, call and ask for a care manager.

2024-12-27	St*****	I. Love the app.It's wonderful however I've had.3 issues where would not.Let me log in and i've changed my password four times. I've had some issues and i'm hoping that they will eventually get ironed out But other than that, it's a well made app.And very informational.

2024-12-11	Te*****	The app doesn't work good. You have to login two times before you can get into your account and then, when you are trying to get into the rewards site, it comes up a 404 error. It has done this for several days.

2024-12-03	Pa*****	Literal junk Log in on my phone, launches web page but can't log in. Swivel to PC, logs right in, same saved PW. God dam fuc junk, no excuse from a company I have max out pocket of 44k a year, for continued screwed over coverage, leas n less for more money. Junk POS. Can't even log in on phone or tablet, but can with browser. Only way to fix US insurance, Dr Oz dis suggest limited universal option, pay for upgrades with private. This company is terrible. I did call, and had to listen BS. Bs
