CareSight

CareSight is a caregiver companion app designed to help trusted caregivers stay connected with a MemCare user.

With the MemCare user’s approval, CareSight gives caregivers helpful visibility, communication tools, and safety awareness features so they can better support a loved one or person in their care.

CareSight helps caregivers:

• View important alerts from the connected MemCare user
• See location updates when location sharing is approved
• Communicate with the MemCare user
• Manage or monitor safe zones
• Stay informed about reminders, checks, and support needs
• Support independence while staying connected

CareSight is built around user consent and privacy. A caregiver can only connect when the MemCare user allows access. The MemCare user remains in control of caregiver access, location sharing, and related permissions.

CareSight is intended for caregivers, family members, and trusted support contacts who want a simple way to stay informed and help provide daily support.

A CareSight subscription may be required to use caregiver features. Available features may depend on the connected MemCare user’s plan and permissions.

CareSight is not an emergency response service and should not replace direct communication, professional care, or emergency services when urgent help is needed.
