The app has glitches and does not let me go to the next step. I reinstalled the app to see if there was a difference but nothing changed. Through the app is the only way to provide my information and it is frustrating not being able to do it. I will need to contact the recruiter to see if they can help, otherwise I will not be able to continue with my application.

This app needs a lot of work. First how about giving step by step instructions. Than the glitches, one after another. When I contacted the help side of the app they just kept telking me to log in and off and reinstall the app over and over. Which I kept saying that is not helping. Called then and finally someone answered the phone around 10 am when it says they are open at 8am. The person I talked to had to created a new shift for me to solve my issue. Took all week to solve that one problem.
