Recent reviews

First off I joined accidentally when I was exploring the price page. I had my CC # in my phone and without a CVV or Zip it charged me for an entire year. I tried for a refund but was denied and tried through the bank and was also denied. It seems impossible so beware. (I admitted that I was on the site). Then there are the people. I need medical transportation and the prices are outrageous. The idea that most of the applicants without training in nursing were asking for $30-45 an hour is crazy.

The monthly service is really expensive, unless you get it for a year; but if you are dissatisfied, you won't get your money back. You can't even respond to the applicants, even to say thank you; you have to pay for this too 🫤 The support is run by a broken AI bot, that tells you it will create a case, but continues to send the same box for any questions. It's a broken record, or broken bot.
